Orders placed online must have a U.S. shipping address
All in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified
Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, and delivered Monday - Friday
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal
Indiana residents will have 7% sales tax added to the order total
Our carrier does not deliver to a PO Box, APO, or FPO. If you require delivery to any of these, please contact us and we will arrange shipping through USPS.
We will gladly accept returns on products purchased from this website within thirty days of the date of delivery. A full refund (except for shipping charges) or a product exchange will be issued. Items returned after thirty days will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of SportCrafters.
Please email info@sportcrafters.com to receive an RMA# for returns. If your item is defective, and is covered under our lifetime warranty, we will promptly assist you with a replacement.
SportCrafters will not accept returns of items purchased from a local retailer or distributor. You must contact that retailer directly, and returns are subject to their policies and procedures.
